Change Your Master Password

You can change your master password as long as you know your current master password. If you cannot remember your master password, you will have to reset it.

Change your master password

1. n the EmpowerID Web application, click your user name and select View Profile.
   
   

   Open

   

    

2. Click the Privileged Access tab and expand Secrets. 

3. Click Change Master Password.
   
   

   Open

   

    

4. In the dialog that appears, enter the following information:

   • Current Password – Your current master password

   • Password – Your new master password

   • Confirm Password – Your new master password

5. Click OK to save the new password.
