Deleting Users with the CRUD Runner

Administrators can use the EmpowerID CRUD Runner application to delete user accounts in accordance with established identity management policies. The application ensures that account removals are properly recorded, maintaining accurate records and aligning with organizational standards.

Procedure

1. Navigate to the endpoint configured for the CRUD Runner.

2. If you are not authenticated, you will be directed to Keycloak.

3. Enter your credentials in Keycloak and sign in.

   After authenticating, you are directed to the CRUD Runner.

4. Under Pages, search for OCG - OpendLDAP and click the tile for that page.
   
   

   Open

   

    

   This opens the page for managing OpenLDAP users and groups in your organization. From this page, you can create, modify, or delete user accounts and manage their authentication credentials and group memberships.

5. Search for the target user and click the record for the user to enable the contextual actions that can be performed against the user.

6. Click the Delete User action.

7. Click Submit.

   You should see a message stating that the workflow was completed successfully.
