Business Roles and Locations
In EmpowerID, you can use Business Role and Location combinations to facilitate new Person creation. You can assign resources to a specific Business Role and Location, such as All Employees in London, and then when you add new employees, they automatically get necessary resources, such as access to specific shared folders and assignment to specific groups. If you add new locations to help manage your external resources, EmpowerID makes it easy to map these to your external directories and groups.
