Unlock Credentials

Once your request for a credential is approved, you can unlock the credential and use it to access applications and perform tasks authorized for that credential.

1. Navigate to the IAM Shop portal for your organization and sign in.

2. Select Credentials from the Resource Type dropdown and click Manage Access.

3. Locate the credentials you want to unlock and click Unlock.

4. Enter your master password and click OK.

   You can now hover over the User Name, Password, and Notes to reveal or copy the credentials and notes as needed.
