Start Computer Sessions

Once your request for a computer is approved, you can unlock the computer and start a session.

Start a computer session

1. Navigate to the IAM Shop portal for your organization and sign in.

2. Select Computers from the Resource Type dropdown and click Manage Access.

3. Select Login Session Access or Membership-Based Access , depending on the type of access you need.

4. Locate the computer you want to connect to and click Unlock.

5. Enter your master password and click OK.
   
   

   Open

   

    

6. To connect now, click Click Connect.
   
   

    

7. Agree to the user consent.
   
   

    

8. Enter your Master Password and click Submit.
   
   

   
   
   Your session begins.
