Connect Computer

The Chatbot can start a remote desktop session and allows a user to connect to a remote computer. A user should have valid credentials and authorization to connect to the remote computer.

Supported Commands: The Chatbot can understand texts and sentences like connect computer, connect to a computer, and will start the workflow. Please find information about the supported commands here in the docs .

  1. Type help in the Bot to bring the options menu.

  2. Click on the Connect Computer button.

     

  3. A card will be shown listing all recent computers connected by the user.

    1. Select the computer and Click on Yes to connect to a recent computer.

    2. Clicking on No will let you type the name of the computer.

    3. If you choose to Cancel, the Bot will exit the workflow.

       

  4. If clicked on yes, the Bot will provide Basic and advanced options to connect to the remote computer.

     

    1. Click on the Basic option to directly connect to the computer with default settings. A link is provided to connect to the computer click on the label here and follow the steps after opening it in the browser.

    2. Clicking on advanced will provide a form to provide details to connect to the remote computer. A link is provided to connect to the computer click on the label here and follow the steps after opening it in the browser.

      1. Select Credential: Select the credential to connect to the computer.

      2. Access Begins: Provide the date and time to begin the access.

      3. Time Requested: Requested Minutes to access the computer.
